About us
ImmortalIRC started as "RealWireZ.net" approximately a year ago. Prior to this, it was known as "GamingWW." The network thus far has been a project by DrRen and jburges to experiment with and modify the IRCd networks and their security issues and flaws. After observations in the known IRCd's and Services, we have determined that the most flexible IRCd and Services are InspIRCd and Atheme.
How to Connect
Currently, there are a few ways that a user may be allowed to connect. They can connect by going to irc://irc.immortalirc.net/immortal or if the RR fails, they alternatively have us.immortalirc.net and eu.immortalirc.net. Currently ImmortalIRC has one servers, located in Miami, FL.
Currently our Miami, FL server is not compatible with IPv6 connections but will become available shortly. Thanks! --DrRen 23:30, 21 December 2011 (MST)
