psyBNC is an easy-to-use, multi-user, permanent IRC-Bouncer that allows the user to connect to more than one network at any given time. PsyBNC supports SSL and ecrypts the users passwords. PsyBNC can be enhanced with various scripts, scripts can be found [[1]]
