Open Source Internet Relay Chat (OSIRC) is a network targeted at Open Source projects. It was created in August 2009, consists of around 10 servers and has an average of about 30-40 users. The speciality of this network is that it allows project developers to obtain a free shell account, which can be used for participation on the IRC network or running channel (ro)bots.
The main address of the network server is irc.osirc.org with the port 6667 opened.
