- jwirc is doesn't limit the amount of channels a user can join, however on slower computers joining too many channels can slow it down.
- Users are able to send and receive files by DCC
- The appearence is capable of being customised to the webmasters requirements. (Colours, links, menus, settings, command, language packs, smilies)
