JWIRC is a web based IRC client that can be fully customized to suit the webmasters requirements. With JWIRC, users are able to send and receive DCC files.

Supported Web Browsers

All as long as Java plugin 1.3 or higher is installed. As with many Java applets, Jwirc has a signed and a unsigned version.[1]
