IRCAnywhere
IRCAnywhere is a web client which is capable of persistent IRC connections. It's roots date back around 3 year, it's recently been re-written from scratch in an effort to make it more stable and user friendly. It allows web administrators to set an instance up on their server and provide their users with BNC accounts accessible from the web.
