Dead IRC software

Software will be placed into this category if an official source states that the software is no longer being developed. If we do not have a source stating the software is no longer developed, and there have been no developments on the software for over 3 years, then it will also be placed in this category.

Please note that just because a piece of the software is listed as dead, it doesn't mean that the software is faulty or doesn't work, a lot of dead IRC projects are still in use, and work great!

For all actively developed software, see this category.
